01 Is my training data safe with STRV?
Yes. All of your workout data is stored securely on your device and synced to your private account over end-to-end encrypted connections. We never sell your data and never show ads. You own your history.
02 Which devices does STRV support?
STRV is built natively for iOS 17 and later. It runs on iPhone, iPad, and takes full advantage of Dynamic Island on iPhone 14 Pro and newer. An Apple Watch companion is coming soon.
03 How does personal-record detection work?
Every set you log is compared against your all-time bests across four metrics: heaviest weight, max reps at a given weight, best single-set volume, and most total sets. The moment you break a record, STRV tags the set with a PR badge.
04 Can I use STRV offline?
Absolutely. STRV is local-first — you can log entire workouts with no connection. Sessions sync to your account automatically the next time you come online.
05 Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every new account gets 14 days of full STRV Premium with no credit card required. After the trial, continue at $9.99 AUD per month or cancel at any time.
06 Can I import data from another app?
CSV import from Strong, Hevy, and Fitbod is available in the beta channel today and will be rolled out to everyone in the next release. We also export your STRV data as CSV or JSON whenever you want.
