Instant PR Detection
Every set you log is compared against your all-time bests in real time. The moment you break a record — across heaviest weight, max reps, best volume, or most sets — a PR badge appears on the set. At the end of the session, you get a full summary of every new personal record.
Rest Timer & Dynamic Island
After each set, a rest timer starts automatically. On iPhone 14 Pro and later, the timer appears in the Dynamic Island — so you can lock your phone, put it down, and still see exactly how long you’ve got. No need to keep the screen on.
Supersets & Circuits
Group any exercises together as a superset or circuit. STRV handles the set rotation and rest timing automatically, so you never have to think about logistics while training.
